The ASFC Student Council is a group of elected and volunteer students working together with an adult advisor to provide a means for student expression and assistance in school affairs and activities, give opportunities for student experience in leadership and encourage communication between students, school leadership and wider community.
Through projects and activities, the Student Council works to promote personal responsibility among Upper School students in building their school community.
They also have the responsibility of representing students’ concerns and ideas before the administration, ensuring student-centered governance.
The Student Council plays an important role in making impactful changes within the school community, which in turn have an effect within the city, our state, our country, and ultimately change the world.
